Setting goals is a skill and like all skills, it can be learned.
On the basic level; Goals give people direction and control over their life, without goals people just wander endlessly without any real purpose and without any real growth and accountability. It’s important to set goals because life is both a journey and goals to maintaining personal fulfilment. We must encourage children at an early age to learn, how to set goals and achieve them.
Why? Because it develops confidence. When we become proficient in our abilities we can set bigger goals which extends our personal reach.
Why people don’t have Goals?
– Believe they’re not necessary
– Don’t know how
– Poor self-image
– Fear
– Not sold on a purpose
In the goal setting work-shops you’ll learn to effectively set goals for all the key areas of our lives. The four human needs; live, love, learn, legacy.
You’ll be provided with a systematic approach to goal setting and a up-front instructional approach to goal setting; featuring highly reflective questions to experience, achieve or master your chosen life plans. This doesn’t mean it’s easy.
During the sessions you’ll learn practical skills to inspire your actions further and improve your ability to focus. Aristotle said it best, “we learn by doing.”
Everybody has dreams, don’t be that person who gets to the end of your life that doesn’t achieve them.
